About the Data & Insight Team
The Data & Insight (D&I) Team is all about numbers. Using extrapolated data, they provide insight that helps guide key decisions in the company - from strategy, sales and cost optimization, to product stock management, logistics, and customer experience support. By analyzing and processing data, the D&I Team prepares helpful extracts and in-depth reports, working across different teams and operations as they search for hidden opportunities and knowledge that help to optimize our products, services, and business.
You’ll cooperate mainly with people responsible for Growth area in order to find and identify problems and challenges they’re facing where data can provide insights
You will be responsible for correct data configuration and implementation in web analytics area
You will map, build and maintain tracking of user paths, shopping funnels and prepare recommendations of changes on the website
You will analyze, segment, compare, and demonstrate data. You will draw conclusions and make recommendations for improvements and tests.
You will constantly look for opportunities to optimize conversion
You’ll use your analytical skills to simplify difficult business problems, track them, and enable fast decision-making based upon analytical solutions you design
You'll cooperate with Data team on how we can leverage new technologies and ideas to improve the data platform and implement new methodologies to improve the company performance
You’ll work closely with other members of the D&I Team to ensure the data you’re working on are just the way they should be and in tip-top shape

3 years of experience on similar position
Deeply understand of Ecommerce issues
Experience in working with GA3, GA4, GTM, Data Studio/Looker
Experience in coordinating A/B Tests
Experience manipulating and analyzing structured and unstructured data with SQL (any SQL dialect, BigQuery SQL desired), Excel, and Google Sheets, etc.,
MS Excel in advanced level
Passion for data and love for conversion optimization
Nice to have
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JS
Basic understanding of seo, performance marketing
Experience in data tracking on iOS APP.
Excellent judgment, curiosity, confidence, and a sense of humor.
