Job description

The Tech Project Manager is responsible for the successful planning, execution, and completion of IT projects within the organization with focus on e-commerce projects to deliver solutions that enhance the organization’s technological capabilities, optimize operations and drive business growth.

 Growth Department

This department was created as a result of the integration of eCommerce and Performance Marketing teams.
Growth, together with the Operations Department, is responsible for guiding the user through the complete user path. The primary responsibility of Growth is to reach sales goals by building state of an art acquisition funnel and improving conversion rates across the whole funnel.


Main Responsibilities:




  • Co-creating a roadmap for the e-commerce team to achieve business goals and optimize resource utilization.
  • Planning, coordinating, and overseeing the implementation processes of new functionalities, updates, and integrations on the e-commerce platform.
  • Configuring, maintaining, and managing projects in JIRA to effectively track task progress and manage priorities.
  • Maintaining regular communication with stakeholders, including the management team, clients, vendors, and partners.
  • Coordinating activities with other technology teams within the company.
  • Actively participating in business strategy development, proposing projects, and optimizing the platform and processes.

You will be fairly remunerated – 10000 - 15000 PLN (CoE) (depending on your skills and experience)

Job requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
  • Good knowledge of IT technologies and IT infrastructure
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools, e.g., Jira, Gantt
  • Ability to effectively manage resources, time, and project costs
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in English and Polish

  • Available to work from our Warsaw office at least 3 days per week
