Job description
We’re looking for a Supply Production Planner to join our Operations Team and support end-to-end production planning across factories.
In this role, you’ll manage factory schedules, analyze performance, maintain production capacity, and ensure product availability aligns with seasonal and sales needs. You’ll also help mitigate delays and keep product splits on target.
About the Team
The Operations Department is responsible for every process involved in the production and delivery of our products. It’s composed of four unique areas: Production, Delivery & Services, Customer Service and Automation.
Once you join our Team you will be responsible for:
External partner collaboration
Working with factories and suppliers to gather data, resolve discrepancies, and improve processes.
Production planning & coordination
Planning order execution in line with deadlines and contract terms. Daily contact with assigned factories to monitor progress.
Project support
Leading or supporting optimization and development projects within assigned factories or product lines.
Data analysis & reporting
Analyzing production performance (delays, variability) and preparing clear reports to support decision-making.
Forecasting & strategy support
Contributing to short-, medium-, and long-term production forecasts and supporting the implementation of production strategy.
Task coordination & internal collaboration
Collecting and verifying data in close cooperation with Quality, Customer Service, and Production teams.

Job requirements
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making
Planning skills
Ability to identify and implement improvements in existing processes and tools
Fluent Polish and good command of English
Working in our Warsaw office 3 days a week
Willingness to visit production sites and warehouses (e.g. for troubleshooting and process setup) - it’s a part of this job
