Job description

We are looking for a creative person who is fun, witty and good with words to join our Brand & Communications Team as a part-time social media moderator. With your great written skills in English and French or German, you will work on shaping Tylko's brand image on our social media platforms while actively engaging with our community and customers.


About Brand Marketing Department:


The Brand Marketing Department crafts meaningful stories, using our visual language to engage with our community and build our brand across all marketing channels.


About Brand & Communications Team


The Brand and Communications Team is responsible for the many ways Tylko engages with the world, and how the world interacts in return. In charge of organic social media, PR, art direction, copywriting and content production, this team sculpts the brand strategy while overseeing every piece of communication and content. This team of 12 (as well as a network of internationally-based freelancers) is the creative powerhouse of Tylko.

Main Responsibilities


  • You'll respond to reviews, posts, comments, and messages on our Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and other key social media channels.

  • You'll monitor Tylko's social media on weekdays (Mon-Fri - 1 hour/evening) and weekends (Sat-Sun - 2 hour/day).

  • You might also be asked to help on chosen bank holidays and on a replacement basis during the absence of our Community Manager.

Requirements


  • Full proficiency in written English and French (preferred) and/or German is a must.

  • Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook and Twitter (It's a perfect job for all the social media savvies out there).

  • Previous experience in social media moderation is not a must but a big plus. Don't worry, we will teach you everything!

  • General knowledge about current internet trends.

  • A self-starter and motivated independent worker.
