About the Role

As our Senior Web Analyst, you will take full ownership of our web data and e-commerce dashboards, keeping our tracking environment accurate and well-structured. Partnering closely with business teams, you will turn transactional and behavioral data into clear, actionable recommendations that increase sales effectiveness on our website. This is a standalone role built on autonomy and end-to-end responsibility - it calls for both strong technical skills and a solid understanding of e-commerce.

What You’ll Do

You’ll take ownership, make things happen, and see your impact. Specifically, you will:

• Drive the optimization, cleanup, and structuring of our multi-market e-commerce reporting dashboards within Data Studio

• Design, execute, and evaluate comprehensive A/B tests from scratch, defining clear KPIs and uncovering deep behavioral insights

• Manage and monitor the integration of front-end and back-end databases, ensuring consistent data governance and tracking accuracy

• Implement and refine advanced tracking environments utilizing Google Analytics 4, BigQuery, and Google Tag Manager

• Conduct ad-hoc deep-dive analyses on website events and user behavior to deliver clear, business-oriented insights

• Collaborate directly with cross-functional business stakeholders, key team members, and Data Engineers to map out data portfolios

• Leverage and integrate AI tools (such as Claude) to optimize workflows, data governance, and automated context-building

You will be fairly remunerated (depending on your skills and experience) – 19.000 - 22.500 PLN for a B2B contract.

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum 3 years of proven track record in web analytics, data analysis, or e-commerce environments

• Expert knowledge of GA4 configuration and analytical ecosystem management

• Strong experience with Google Tag Manager setup, custom data layer configuration, and advanced debugging

• Expert-level knowledge of A/B testing methodologies, including defining KPIs, planning test timelines, running experiments, and analyzing results

• Strong SQL skills, including querying nested data and handling data transformation, cleansing, and deduplication

• Solid understanding of sales funnels, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and key performance metrics, enabling effective data-driven discussions with business teams

• Fluent Polish and good command of English
