Senior Python Developer (Django)

We’re looking for a skilled Python whisperer to join our Backoffice Engineering & Automation Systems Team

About the BEAST

The Backoffice Engineering & Automation Systems Team (BEAST) is the muscle behind Tylko’s operations. We roam the backoffice jungle with one goal: find the slow, clunky, manual stuff… and wipe it out. If any of our partner teams has a pain point, we’re on it. We get close, learn how they work, then drop in the kind of automations and tools that make the problems vanish (and sometimes make people wonder how they ever lived without them). Everything we build snaps perfectly into place with Tylko’s systems, no duct tape required. The result? Less grind, more flow — and a business that can move faster without breaking a sweat.

Once you join the BEAST, you will:

• Hunt down repetitive, soul‑draining tasks across Tylko and wipe them out with automation.

• Build and review code that keeps our systems lean, fast, and unstoppable.

• Jump into architecture war‑room talks, helping drive our systems’ evolution and staying ahead of the game.

You will be fairly remunerated (depending on your skills and experience) – 20.000 - 25.000 PLN for a B2B contract.

• Min. 5 years of full-time coding experience

• Solid, hands-on knowledge of Python and Django

• A knack for writing code that’s fast, clean, and built to last

• Comfortable testing with Pytest

• Good interpersonal and teamwork skills - BEASTs together strong

• Fluent Polish and good command of English

• Working from our Warsaw office at least 3 days a week - because some things are just better in person.

We’ll be extra impressed if you have:

• Experience working with Vue.js and Quasar

• Solid skills with Docker and Linux

• The ability to write clear, concise documentation that others will actually read

• Knowledge of CI/CD practices and tools

• Experience with performance optimization - because speed matters

A love for board games and dad jokes - officially “optional,” but unofficially essential for full BEAST status
