We are seeking a (Senior) CRM Specialist responsible for developing and executing effective CRM strategies across multiple channels, including email, SMS marketing, marketing automation, and more. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving customer retention, improving customer loyalty, and increasing revenue growth through effective CRM tactics.
Develop and implement effective CRM strategies across all customer touchpoints, including email, SMS, and push notifications.
Manage and execute multi-channel campaigns that support customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty.
Create and optimize targeted email campaigns, including segmenting customer lists and A/B testing.
Implement marketing automation strategies to streamline and optimize campaigns.
Manage and optimize referral program to incentivize and reward customer loyalty.
Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and engineering, to ensure CRM initiatives align with overall company objectives.
Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in CRM and make recommendations for improvement.

3+ years of experience in CRM, email marketing, and marketing automation.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful CRM campaigns.
Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to make informed decisions.
Experience with email marketing platforms such as Braze or similar is a plus.
Experience in referral marketing software or platforms like Mention Me or similar is a plus.
A keen eye for detail and good written and communication skills in English.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
