About the Role

We're scaling from our flagship Berlin store and locations to a network of stores, kiosks and shop-in-shops across Europe, with multiple openings already lined up for the coming months and many more to follow.

As our Build-Up Lead, you'll own the physical creation of every new Tylko location: from an empty unit to an opened, brand-perfect space. You'll take the design concept from our studio and make it real, on time, on budget and up to the standard our brand demands. You'll work at the intersection of our design and retail teams, reporting directly into the retail leadership, and you'll see your work come to life in the best shopping locations in Europe every few weeks.

What You’ll Do

You’ll take ownership, make things happen, and see your impact. Specifically, you will:

• Manage the end-to-end build-up of new Tylko locations: own stores, kiosks, on-stores and partner store build-outs across Europe

• Run general contractors and subcontractors through the full fit-out cycle, from tender to handover and snagging

• Own build-up budgets and timelines per location, actively price-checking the market, sourcing materials and reducing costs without compromising quality

• Make CMF decisions (colours, materials, finishes) within the design concept provided by our studio, keeping every location true to the Tylko aesthetic

• Navigate shopping mall and landlord requirements: fire safety, structural, legal and technical compliance, permits and mall coordination

• Build and maintain a trusted network of contractors, suppliers and specialists across our key markets

• Develop a repeatable build-up playbook (specs, suppliers, cost benchmarks, timelines) that lets us open faster and cheaper with every location

• Travel regularly to sites across Europe to supervise builds and handovers

What we’re looking for:

• Background in architecture or interior architecture with strong, proven project management skills

• Hands-on experience delivering retail fit-outs, ideally in shopping mall environments

• Fluency in managing general contractors, budgets and construction timelines

• Strong aesthetic sensibility and a genuine eye for detail, materials, and finishes

• A cost-conscious, entrepreneurial approach: you negotiate, compare options, and find smarter ways to get things done

• Comfort working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with multiple parallel projects, tight deadlines, and new market launches

• Fluent Polish for day-to-day cooperation in our Warsaw office and with installation and renovation crews

• Fluent English: you'll work with contractors and landlords across Europe

• Willingness to travel frequently across Europe

• Based in our Warsaw office at least 3 days per week when not travelling

It'll be an additional plus if you have:

• Experience with kiosk or shop-in-shop formats in premium shopping centres

• Knowledge of German, Danish, Dutch or French markets and their permitting environments

• Experience building supplier networks in multiple countries

• Furniture, joinery or millwork know-how
