About the Role

As our Retail Area Manager, you’ll play a key role in scaling Tylko’s physical retail across European markets. You’ll lead our Store Managers and their teams across stores, kiosks and partner showrooms - where customers walk in, touch the product and decide. This is face-to-face, B2C retail sales. You’ll turn a growing network of 10+ locations in 7 countries (DACH, PL, NL, FR, DK) into one high-performing sales organisation - setting clear standards, building strong teams, and making sure every customer gets an exceptional Tylko experience.

Our sale is consultative: high-ticket, configured to the customer, often decided over more than one visit. You’ll own the day-to-day performance of our stores, from hitting sales targets to developing the people behind them. You’ll build repeatable ways of working, create clear growth paths for retail talent, and turn commercial strategy into action on the shop floor.

This is a hands-on role with real ownership and impact. You’ll work closely with teams across Tylko and report directly to our CBO to shape how we sell, how we grow our retail presence, and ultimately how customers experience our brand in the real world.

What You’ll Do

• Own sales performance across our stores, kiosks, and partner showrooms - targets, conversion, average order value - and act on the numbers every week

• Lead, coach and grow Store Managers, and through them, the teams on the shop floor - including performance management and hiring

• Spend real time in our stores, coaching selling, not just reviewing reports

• Build scalable sales standards and customer journeys that deliver a consistent Tylko experience across locations

• Develop onboarding and career paths that help retail talent succeed and grow with us

• Shape incentive and bonus schemes with the CBO, ensuring they support performance and are delivered accurately and on time

• Plan and monitor retail budgets, including people and local promotional spend

• Partner cross-functionally with e-commerce, marketing, and customer care to improve commercial performance and customer experience

• Build staffing and hiring plans to ensure our teams are ready to support new market openings

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of experience in multi-site retail sales management (B2C, face-to-face) with full accountability for targets

• Proven track record in leading and developing Store Managers and store teams across multiple locations

• Strong commercial analytics skills with the ability to interpret conversion, traffic, and margin mix data

• Understanding of how online and offline channels influence each other

• Comfortable with data and open to using AI tools for reporting and analysis - we’ll support you

• Fluency in English (C1)

• Fluency in Polish (C1)

• Working in our Warsaw office & travelling across our European locations

Nice to have: hands-on experience at the intersection of retail and e-commerce; experience in premium or high-ticket retail (furniture, design, electronics, luxury).
