Job description
We’re looking for a Furniture Market & Customer Researcher to join our Product Team. In this role, you’ll support our efforts to better understand the furniture market across Europe and help maintain our research repository.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the early or developing stage of their research career—someone who’s passionate about furniture and interior design and looking to grow in a creative, collaborative environment.
About the Team
You’ll work closely with our Research Manager and Product Managers across the Tylko Product Department. As part of the early stages of the furniture development process, you’ll be responsible for collecting insights on market trends, product features and competitors.
You’ll engage with Tylko users across Europe and see how customer feedback is translated into concrete features and solutions. You'll collaborate with a team of experienced professionals who are passionate about what they do.
Once you join our team, you will be responsible for:
Supporting the Research Manager
Assisting with daily tasks such as meeting notes, fieldwork summaries and tracking project timelines. You’ll help keep research activities organised and running smoothly.Conducting market research
Carrying out competitor analysis, exploring customer preferences and trends and turning this information into insights and recommendations for the Product Team.Managing the research repository
Ensuring all research data is properly stored, organised and tagged so it’s easy to access and use.Coordinating research operations
Managing participant databases, consent forms, scheduling and supporting recruitment for research projects.Participating in qualitative user research
Conducting in-depth interviews with Tylko customers across Europe to understand their needs and experiences (for applicants with a proven track record).

Job requirements
1-2 years of professional experience in customer research, UX research, product management or similar roles
A degree in sociology, psychology, anthropology, design research or a related field (industrial design, interior design or architecture may also be considered)
Strong foundational knowledge of qualitative and/or quantitative research methods
Project management skills: planning, budgeting, tracking, and delivering on time
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with diverse stakeholders (internal teams, external partners, research participants)
International experience or cultural awareness, ideally from studying or working abroad
Ability to work independently and handle changing priorities, while also being a team player who collaborates well with others
Good understanding of how different business processes work together (e.g. how product decisions affect marketing, sales and customer experience)
Genuine interest in furniture design, interior design or architecture
Excellent English skills (C1) and fluency in Polish (B2)
Proficiency in other European language (B2), especially German, French or Dutch
Working in our Warsaw office 3 days a week
