Therefore, we are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our People Team, who will help us acquire Top Talents - especially since Talent Density is our strategic goal and makes recruitment one of the company's top priorities. People Department
The general goal of the People Department is to facilitate the achievement of business goals by maximising employee value, while taking care of employee satisfaction and well-being.
We are responsible for the company's people strategy and every HR project and process, together with analytics. This includes acquiring new people, payroll with all HR operations as well as providing employees with development and support in the entire spectrum of HR-related matters throughout an employee's life cycle.
Once you join our Team you will be responsible for:
Defining and executing ways of acquiring Top Talents to the company and conducting recruitment processes:
Ensuring the business can attract Top Talents by implementing and executing innovative and inclusive recruitment strategies.
Determining staffing needs and defining ways to address them.
Finding Top Talents and acquiring them to the company.
Making initial selection of candidates (screening resumes, performing interviews).
Coordinating all stages of the recruitment processes.
Ensuring positive candidate experience.
Managing background and reference checks.
Submitting job offers to candidates and negotiating terms of cooperation with them.
Empowering the recruitment field in the company:
Improving recruitment processes, incl. communication with candidates and Hiring Managers, as well as usage of recruitment tools.
Attending job fairs and hiring events.
Coordinating cooperation with external partners such as recruitment agencies or recruitment tools providers (including negotiating terms of cooperation).
Providing guidance to Hiring Managers and empowering them:
Being the first point of contact for Hiring Managers regarding recruitment topics and offering them HR advice when needed.
Guiding Hiring Managers through the entire recruitment processes.
Empowering Hiring Managers by providing them with the resources, knowledge, skills they need to effectively recruit people.
Managing or participating in HR projects:
Participating in various HR projects to support People strategy.
Collaborating closely with the People Team and other employees to develop and implement HR plans, processes, policies and solutions.
Supporting business/organisational changes.
Preparing reports and data analysing:
Preparing reports regarding recruitment results.
Analysing data to recommend systemic improvements and help drive new ways of working.
Using data to influence decisions.
