Project Manager

We’re looking for a Project Manager to lead cross-functional product initiatives and bring ideas to life through seamless collaboration.

About the role

At Tylko, we design and deliver innovative furniture systems that blend craftsmanship, design, and technology.
As a Project Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind execution — translating ambitious product goals into clear plans, aligning diverse teams, and ensuring that every project moves from concept to reality with precision and momentum.

You’ll operate at the heart of our product organization — connecting Design, Engineering, Tech, Marketing, and Operations — and making sure our initiatives are delivered on time, on scope, and in sync with Tylko’s broader strategy.

About the Product Team

The Product Team turns vision into action — connecting product strategy, customer insights, and technical capabilities to deliver meaningful results at scale.

Once you join our Team you will be responsible for:

• Turning company goals and product vision into clear roadmaps and priorities

• Aligning stakeholders and keeping cross-functional teams focused on shared outcomes

• Facilitating collaboration between Product, Design, Tech, and other departments

• Managing timelines, scope, and risks across multiple initiatives

• Driving progress through effective meetings, workshops, and clear communication

• Using data and feedback to make smart decisions and maximize impact

• Representing product needs in tech-driven projects and supporting delivery where needed

• Identifying blockers and risks early — and resolving them proactively

What we’re looking for:

• 2–5 years of experience in project management, ideally within product development or cross-functional teams

• Solid grasp of project management frameworks (Agile, Scrum, Kanban) and planning tools

• Proven track record of turning product roadmaps into clear delivery plans

• Experience coordinating diverse teams and managing milestones, risks, and changing scopes

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills — you can bridge tech and non-tech worlds effortlessly

• Fluency in Polish and English (written and spoken)

• Working from our Warsaw office 3 days a week
