Job description


We are looking for a Product Controller that will be supporting our Product Team in all finance-related activities. 



About the Team

You will join the Finance Team, which plays a key role in strategic planning and business decision-making.
As a Product Controller, you will have a significant impact on our business, contributing to the development and pricing of new products. This will involve collaborating with various teams, including design, R&D, production technology, manufacturing, and sales. By assisting these teams with financial aspects of the processes and ensuring alignment with strategic targets, you will play a crucial role in all of our major projects.


Once you join our Team you will be responsible for:


Business partnering to the Product Team

  • Owning of the financial processes and their improvement within the product team

  • Preparation of business cases and forecasts for new products and product development

  • Leadership of the product costing and pricing processes

  • Periodic reporting of the product performance

  • Delivery of insights and improvement opportunities for Product Management

Financial Controlling

  • Supporting the Accounting team in month’s end closing

  • Controlling of the Product Team’s budget, incl. planning and reporting

  • Responsibility for monthly project capitalization

  • Supporting the Data&Insights team in improvement of the management reporting tools and financial flows

Job requirements

  • +5 years experience in finance, including 3 years in business and/or financial controlling

  • Advanced Excel skills

  • Experience as a financial business partner, cooperating with non-financial teams

  • Proven experience in product, or production-oriented financial controlling, incl. volume/price mix analyses

  • Good communication and influencing skills

  • Fluent Polish and very good business English

  • Working from our Warsaw office at least 3 days per week

It would be an additional plus if you have:

  • Experience with PowerQuery (DAX), and SQL

  • Experience in a manufacturing company

  • Experience in product costing

  • CIMA qualification (a strong asset)
