Job description

We are looking for an experienced and talented candidate who can excel in the role of Procurement and Environmental Administration Specialist, managing procurement processes while ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and sustainability practices. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a passion for implementing sustainable solutions within procurement operations.


Operations Department

The Operations Department is responsible for every process involved in the production and delivery of our products. It’s composed of four unique areas: Production, Delivery & Services, Customer Service and Automation.


Production Team

The Production Team brings Tylko products to life. While we don’t own our own factory, this team is responsible for coordinating every step of our outsourced physical production process.

From managing the production files and overseeing material stock levels, to maintaining production backlogs and making sure that our on-demand model works, the Production Team is responsible for the final look and feel of all Tylko products. The team visits our factories regularly to ensure the highest standards for quality are always met.



Main responsibilities:

  • Conducting procurement processes for new materials or alternative materials, preparing reports and analyses

  • Maintaining optimal inventory levels for assigned groups of buffer materials

  • Supporting manufacturing plants in sourcing materials for production

  • Participating in cost optimization projects

  • Involvement in the implementation of new products, sourcing materials for prototypes

  • Organizing annual audits to verify the accuracy of reports for LUCID

  • Verification of suppliers and manufacturers of wood products with respect to the legality of the origin of wood, identification of the sources of wood supplied by the Company's contractors

  • Implementation of the Company's due diligence system in accordance with EUTR Regulation 995/2010, including the maintenance of relevant documentation.

  • Providing data for yearly ESG reporting in the area of materials used in production

Job requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position (production purchasing)

  • Excellent Excel skills (reporting and analysis)

  • Analytical thinking skills

  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

  • Fluent English and Polish communication skills (at least B2 level)

  • Ease in building contacts and maintaining good relationships

  • Attention to detail

  • Available to work from our Warsaw office three times a week
