PR Specialist

About the role

Tylko has a lot of stories worth telling - new products, collaborations, the way we design. We're looking for a PR Specialist who can help us tell them well, and get them in front of the right people in Poland, DACH and France.

You'll work side by side with our PR Lead, and closely with Creative, Brand, Partnerships and B2B. Day to day, you're the person journalists and agencies reach out to, and the person who makes sure our press materials, launches and collaborations actually reflect who we are.

What you'll do

Media & agencies

• Handle incoming media inquiries and help drive proactive outreach across Poland, DACH and France.

• Brief and manage our PR agencies, and make sure what they deliver matches what we asked for and reflects Tylko's standards.

• Build genuine relationships with journalists, editors and industry contacts, becoming a trusted point of contact for media.

Materials & events

• Coordinate the production of PR assets and materials teaming up with people across Tylko and beyond to create things that look, feel and sound like us.

• Help plan and run the PR side of events, launches, showroom moments and brand activations: from logistics and production to guest experience.

Partnerships & impact

• Support collaborations with external brands and artists that fit the brand.

• Monitor coverage, gather data, and turn it into reporting that actually shapes what we do next.

What you bring:

• 2-3 years in PR, communications or similar - required, not a bonus.

• Fluent Polish and English (spoken and written). German or French is a real advantage, given the markets in scope.

• Able to be in our Warsaw office 3 days a week, and open to occasional trips to production sites.

• A structured, detail-oriented way of working - you don't let things slip.

• Genuine curiosity about using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) to work faster and smarter - we use them a lot.

• Background in lifestyle, design or e-commerce is nice to have, but not a dealbreaker.
