Responsibilities:

• Find & recruit A-Players 

• Design the perfect onboarding process for each role

• Manage training & coaching programs

• Define and maintain company culture 

• Plan and execute internal & external events

Requirements

• Fluent English

• Strong communication skills

• Problem solving attitude

• Innovative approach in processes

• A proven track-record of working with interdisciplinary teams

• Detail-oriented and organized
• Able to prioritize

• Friendly and patient team player who works well with a wide range of personalities
