About the Operations Department
The Operations Department is responsible for every process involved in the production and delivery of our products. It’s composed of four unique areas: Production, Delivery & Services, Customer Service and Automation.
About the Delivery & Services Team:
The main responsibility of the Delivery & Services Team is to deliver Tylko products securely to our customers’ doorsteps worldwide. There are many services that accompany the delivery service, for example assembly service. They work in tandem with our external couriers and dedicated transportation and fitters teams to offer logistic solutions that are timely, safe and dependable.
Responsibilities
Coordinating logistics processes.
Cooperation with various carriers/delivery and fitters companies
Supervision over timeliness and compliance of deliveries
Services billing
Recording data in the system

You will be fairly remunerated – 5 500 - 6 500 PLN (Contract of Employment)
Experience in logistics
Knowledge of the transport and shipping industry
Knowledge of the TRANS freight exchange is appreciated.
Ability to work under time pressure in rapidly changing conditions.
Ability to build long-term business relationships.
Good organization and planning skills
Experience in Microsoft Office and online tools
English (B2 level both speaking and writing)
Available to work from our Warsaw office (2-3 days per week)
