Job description

We are looking for an Intern, who will join our Logistics Team and will support it with daily tasks and help the smooth running of current projects.

About the Operations Department:

The Operations Department is responsible for every process involved in the production and delivery of our products. It’s composed of four unique areas: Production, Delivery & Services, Customer Service, and Automation.

About the Delivery & Services Team:

The Delivery & Services Team is responsible for delivering Tylko products securely to our customers’ doorsteps worldwide. They work in tandem with our external couriers and dedicated transport teams to offer logistic solutions that are timely, safe and dependable. 


  • supporting specialists in the logistics service of orders

  • assisting in handling complaint processes

  • organizing courier pickups

  • recording costs and delivery dates in the company's internal system
