We’re looking for a Lead eComm Designer who is ready to jump right into working with UX Designers, UI Designers, PO, PM, Head of eCommerce, Researchers and Data Analysts. We’d love to find a talented person with a problem-solving mindset who is excited to be involved in creating both completely new e-commerce features as well as improving existing ones.

About the Growth Department
This department was created as a result of the integration of eCommerce and Performance Marketing teams. Growth, together with the Operations Department, is responsible for guiding the user through the complete user path. The primary responsibility of Growth is to reach conversion goals.
By combining those two teams we are able to create a coherent and smooth customer journey, while improving the efficiency of our marketing efforts.
About the eCommerce Team
This team is responsible for our main channel and platform on which the client operates. In close cooperation with Performance Marketing, this team models the sales funnel and the whole customer path.
In collaboration with the Product Department and Brand Marketing, this team creates content around our offer and our brand. On the basis of technology provided by Product Engine, it implements the configurability of our products, and together with Experience Strategy it makes sure that eCommerce Experience is outstanding and unique.
eCommerce consists of digital designers and developers who, with the help of Product Owners, Scrum Masters and the platform team, co-create the whole environment of customer contact with Tylko.
Overseeing the overall user experience on Tylko's website - from the first visit through making a purchase. (Our product is a premium one, clients fall in love with it at first sight, that's why user experience is so important to us.)
Creating useful, usable and friendly solutions for eComm flows.
Producing mockups and prototypes for project validation or/and usability tests
Presenting and explaining Tylko's products and services on the website.
Finding a compromise between business goals and customer goals.
Close collaboration with eComm Team and BI Team.
Taking part in making plans for eComm development.
Optimizing the eComm part of our website.
Participating in usability testing, data analysis and synthesis of insights.
Working in the office in Warsaw three days per week.
Close collaboration with UX Designers from complementary teams responsible for configuration and services to provide a holistic, consistent and delightful Customer Journey.

Be fairly remunerated – 14 000 – 16 000 gross on job contract (depending on your skills and experience).
At least 5+ years as a UX designer
At least 3 years in eCommerce development
Experience with working on in-house eCommerce web platforms.
Ability to lead the design process and adjust it to current projects.
Experience in participating in A/B and usability testing. Skills and readiness to gather insights and analyse data.
The excitement of having the possibility to share the experience and knowledge with others designers on best practices.
Experience working with Figma or other similar software.
Ability to articulate design decisions clearly.
Power to be innovative, love to experiment and have the courage to make decisions.
An open mind for feedback.
