About the Role

We’re looking for a Junior E-commerce Specialist to join our E-commerce & Sales team. In this role, you will be the guardian of our online store’s operational excellence, ensuring our customers always find exactly what they are looking for through high-quality merchandising and data accuracy.

You will play a vital part in our growth by coordinating global content and supporting high-priority product launches. This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented individual to dive into the world of e-commerce and help us maintain a seamless digital shopping experience across Europe.

What you’ll do

You’ll take ownership, make things happen, and see your impact. Specifically, you will:

• Monitor and improve search-to-purchase conversion rates through relevant product redirects and synonyms

• Coordinate the flow of product descriptions and local translations between internal departments and freelancers

• Execute auto-merchandising rules on Product List Pages (PLP) to boost the visibility of bestsellers and high-margin products

• Provide operational support for New Product Introductions (NPI), including precise data entry and attribute mapping

• Ensure 100% data integrity and consistency of our offer across all store modules

What we’re looking for:

• Analytical mindset with a natural ability to work with data

• Tech-savviness and a high level of digital literacy

• Working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets (sorting, filtering, basic formulas) to maintain product data accuracy

• Exceptional attention to detail

• High level of reliability and quality of work

• Strong communication skills, including working with international stakeholders

• Eagerness to learn and grow within a fast-paced scale-up environment

• Ongoing or completed university degree (we welcome students in their final years)

• Fluent Polish (C1/native level) and good command of English (B2 level)

• Working in our Warsaw office 3 days a week

It would be an additional plus if you are:

• Experienced in a similar role or internship (up to 3 years)
