Influencer Marketing Specialist (Junior/Mid)

Join our furniture brand as an Influencer Marketing Specialist, where you will spearhead our influencer partnerships to elevate our brand presence in the furniture and home decor space. In this role, you will focus on fostering and managing collaborations with influencers, driving engagement, and ultimately increasing sales. You will be an integral part of our dynamic brand marketing team, contributing your expertise in influencer relationship management to achieve our business objectives.

Once you join our Team you will be responsible for:

• Influencer Identification: Identify and research relevant influencers across various platforms who resonate with our target audience and align with our brand values.

• Partnership Management: Establish and maintain relationships with influencers, negotiating terms, contracts, and deliverables to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.

• Content Collaboration: Collaborate with influencers to develop compelling content that resonates with their audience while showcasing our products or services authentically.

• Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization and improvement.

• Budget Management: Manage influencer marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI and achieve campaign objectives.

• Stay Updated: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in influencer marketing to continuously innovate and improve strategies.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience (min. 1-2 years) in influencer marketing or digital marketing, with a track record of successful campaigns

• Strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer landscape, and emerging trends

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with influencers and key stakeholders

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions

• Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and content creation

• Organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Proficiency in tools and platforms for influencer discovery, campaign management, and performance tracking

• Fluent Polish and English (C1)

• Working from our Warsaw office 3 days a week
