Job description

We are looking for a talented In-House Lawyer to join our Legal Team on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate will provide legal support across various business functions, ensuring compliance and mitigating legal risks. Main responsibilities:

  • Support the Legal Team in executing the legal strategy on a daily basis.

  • Provide ongoing legal support for the company, with a focus on GDPR, e-commerce law, contract law, and corporate law.

  • Draft contracts, regulations, policies, and other legal documents in both Polish and English.

  • Handling corporate governance for the Company’s bodies (Supervisory Board and Management Board), including preparation and review of corporate documentation

  • Offer legal advice on various topics as requested by your supervisor/manager.

  • Contribute to the development of the company’s projects and services by consulting cross-company teams on legal matters.

  • Manage the legal document workflow, ensuring that all documents are signed, registered, and archived appropriately.

  • Monitor legislative changes that may affect our business.

  • Take ownership of tasks and projects, proactively seeking legal solutions.

You will be fairly remunerated – 12000 - 15000 PLN (CoE) (depending on your skills and experience)

Job requirements

  • University degree in Law.
  • 5-8 years of proven legal experience as an in-house lawyer or in business-related legal work.
  • A business-first approach with a strong focus on e-commerce, GDPR, contract law, and corporate law.
  • Experience in corporate governance and the operation of legal entities, especially joint-stock companies (essential).
  • Ability to work under time pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Full ownership of assigned tasks and projects, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken Polish and English.

  • Availability to work from our Warsaw office three times a week.



Preferred Qualifications:

  • Qualifications as a legal advisor or attorney (advocate).
  • Experience working directly with business teams (essential).
  • Experience in handling investment processes (a strong asset).
