Job description

We are looking for a HR & Payroll Coordinator to join our People team.

About People Team

The People Department takes care of all of our human relations tasks — from recruiting through whole employee lifecycle — while focusing on employee satisfaction, effectiveness and well-being. They're responsible for maximising employee value while achieving successful business results.

The People Department also includes the Administration Team, which oversees office management, maintains office supplies, coordinates with suppliers and contractors, and provides support for the organization of meetings.

Main responsibilities:

• Responsibility for accurate and timely delivery of payroll data to the accounting team

• Providing subject matter expertise for all HR Operations, pre-payroll and payroll processes and respond to all internal payroll queries connected with perm employment contracts

• Preparation of required employment documentation

• Participation and creation of procedures, regulations and internal legal acts

• Maintaining of payroll system for the company

• Administration of employee benefits

• Direct cooperation with official vendors such ZUS, US, PFRON, GUS

You will be competitively remunerated –  12 000 to 15 000 PLN gross 


  • Minimum 4 years of experience in an independent position in the HR and payroll team

  • Experience in end to end employee cycle - from operational tasks to strategic ones related to the delivery of the entire policy/regulation

  • Solid understanding of payroll and HR administration best practices

  • Excellent knowledge of Polish labour law, tax and payroll regulations

  • Very good English (at least strong B2)

  • Knowledge of payroll tools (nice to have knowledge of Symphonia)
