We are looking for a HR & Payroll Coordinator to join our People Team.
About People Team
The general goal of the People Department is to facilitate the achievement of business goals by maximising employee value, while taking care of employee satisfaction and well-being.
We are responsible for the company's people strategy and every HR project and process. This includes acquiring new people, payroll with all HR operations as well as supporting employees in the entire spectrum of HR-related matters throughout an employee's life cycle.
Main responsibilities:
Manage HR operations, including personnel and payroll processes, ensuring compliance with laws and standards.
Oversee personnel and payroll system administration and development.
Provide expertise in labor law, social insurance, and tax matters.
Advise on labor law and employee relations issues.
Ensure timely settlement of public law obligations.
Collaborate with external HR, payroll, and health & safety providers.
Monitor and report key HR metrics, track personnel costs, and assist with budget forecasting.
Contribute to the creation and updating of internal procedures and policies.
Track legal changes in labor, social insurance, and tax regulations, recommending internal updates.
Represent the employer in audits and external institution interactions.

You will be competitively remunerated – 11 000 to 15 000 PLN gross
Job requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in an independent position in the HR and payroll team
Excellent knowledge of Polish labour law, tax and payroll regulations and Excel
Solid understanding of payroll and HR administration best practices
Experience in end to end employee cycle - from operational tasks to strategic ones related to the delivery of the entire policy/regulation
Very good English and Polish language (at least strong B2)
Knowledge of payroll tools (nice to know Symphonia)
Working form our office in Warsaw 3 days a week
