As a Graphic Designer at Tylko, you'll create standout content for all our channels, handling everything from marketing to promotional materials. We're after a collaborative creative with a passion for design, art, and culture—someone with great taste and a finger on the pulse on the latest trends. If you're a proactive person ready to bring great ideas to the table as you shape Tylko's visual image, we want to hear from you.

Your attention to detail will help shape Tylko's unique brand, crafting innovative designs that drive traffic and sales while staying true to our guidelines. You'll work closely with our Creative Director, Creative Team Lead, and teams across marketing and e-commerce to deliver impactful visuals that set us apart from the competition.


Brand Marketing Team

The Brand Marketing Team crafts meaningful stories, using our visual language to engage with our community and build our brand across all marketing channels.



Main responsibilities:

  • Working primarily with the Brand Marketing team to develop innovative and creative design across Tylko’s marketing channels – from ideation to execution

  • Designing engaging ads for Tylko’s marketing channels (Meta, Google, Pinterest, and TikTok among others)

  • Designing assets using photos and videos from our asset database that match brief requirements for use on our website, as well as creating mock-ups and preparing final files for publishing

  • Working with both static and moving designs from our internal creative team of 3D artists, or content generated by some of the world’s best artists, creatives and influencers

  • Supporting in the ideation and creation of visual content for our organic channels (Instagram, Facebook, and Linkedin) as well as designing layouts for newsletters

  • Formatting master ads to suit different platforms, as well as creating translated versions for our European audience, while overseeing the quality of work of the freelance Junior Graphic Designer assigned to support you with these tasks

  • Supporting the work of the Creative Director in the ideation process for campaigns and new product launches

  • Maintaining Tylko’s distinctive brand image and visual language across all channels

Job requirements

  • 2-3 years of professional experience in Graphic Design with proven experience in designing for digital marketing channels and a strong portfolio you’re ready to share with us that demonstrates this experience

  • A good understanding of design for marketing channels as well as the e-commerce environment, including each channel’s ad design specs, design constraints, formatting and more

  • Good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, to include After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, as well as Figma

  • Good motion graphic and video editing skills

  • A self-motivated individual who is ready to bring their ideas to the table and can pivot quickly while multitasking

  • Good communication skills in written and spoken English, our primary language of operation

  • Ability to work from the office (in Warsaw) at least 2 days per week

  • A prior experience working with lifestyle brand(s)

  • Experience in the creative process: from brainstorming to ideation, conceptualisation to delivery
