ESG Lead

Job description

We’re looking for an ESG Lead to facilitate our company's sustainability engagement and ESG reporting. You will work closely with our Chief Culture/ESG Officer and various teams and consultants that contribute to the ESG reporting.  

You will be a crucial part of the Sustainability Management Committee, where you will plan and coordinate works and report on sustainability issues.  

You will cooperate internally to draft environmental and social policies, implement sustainability actions and then measure their impact and report in the newest reporting framework – European Sustainability Reporting Standard. 



Responsibilities

  • Coordination of implementation and management of sustainability  strategy in Tylko 

  • Coordination of Sustainability Management Committee:

  • cooperation with external consultants 

  • cooperation in developing policies, procedures, and guidelines that promote sustainability within an organization’s operations

  • Communicating with stakeholders about sustainability issues

You will be fairly remunerated – 12 000 - 16 000 PLN (Contract of Employment but other forms of employment are also possible).

Requirements

  • Experience in project management

  • Ability to work in cooperation with different stakeholders and develop working relationships with people from a wide variety of organizations and with a wide variety of functional expertise 

  • Higher education – Master’s degree in the field of: environmental sciences, environmental engineering, sustainable development or related field would be an advantage

  • Understanding of sustainability issues, current trends and ESG reporting standards (GRI, ESRS) will be an asset 

  • Fluent English

  • Available to work from our Warsaw office
