Job description

We are looking for people talented in communications who will focus on serving and anticipating needs day-to-day about customers journey and will be able to involve suggesting ideas based on customer feedback and turn them to the action and improve standards

About the Operations department:

The Operations Department is responsible for every process involved in the production and delivery of our products. It’s composed of four unique areas: Production, Delivery & Services, Customer Service and Automation

About Customer Service team:

The Customer Service Team consists of 15+ people who support our customers through every step of their journey with Tylko. This covers everything from helping them configure their perfect-fit product and place an order, through delivery and assembly at home - all while addressing any questions, concerns, or ideas in-between.
The team offers support in four languages - English, German, French and Polish, and use their expert written and verbal communication to ensure every customer has an unforgettable Tylko experience.

Main responsibilities:

  • Developing lasting relationships with customers via phone calls, emails, live chats, and text messages
  • Managing customer relationships efficiently and effectively
  • Delivering best-in-class customer experience over the phone, email, text, and live chat
  • Supporting the wider team by ensuring that customer orders, deliveries, and returns are processed seamlessly, from initiation through completion
  • Catching customer insights and work across marketing, tech, and operations teams to improve the overall customer experience
  • Thinking creatively about ways in which we can optimize each customer’s experience

Be fairly remunerated – 5 000 – 8 000 gross on job contract (depending on your skills and experience)


  • Fluency in English and German
  • Experience in customer service, sales, or community development role— preferably at a consumer-centric startup
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized; able to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Friendly and patient team player who works well with a wide range of personalities
  • A ‘no task is a too small’ attitude and passion for providing all customers with the best solution to their unique project needs
  • Openness to work in non-standard hours
