Job description

We are looking for a CRM Segmentation & Data Insights Specialist to join our CRM & Customer Engagement team. This role involves co-developing the CRM strategy through segmentation, data analysis and providing insights to optimize customer communication. You will play a key role in designing, monitoring, and improving CRM campaigns (such as email marketing, SMS, push notifications), customer retention, lead generation, and marketing automation.


Once you join our Team you will be responsible for:

  • Analyzing and segmenting the customer and subscriber base to identify target groups and create personalized CRM campaigns

  • Developing and implementing segmentation strategies that enhance customer engagement and loyalty

  • Monitoring campaign performance (email, SMS, push) and recommending actions based on data insights

  • Creating reports and providing insights from campaigns to support strategic and operational decisions

  • Collaborating closely with e-commerce, BI, and brand teams to understand customer needs and improve communication

  • Initiating actions to increase customer retention and lifetime value

Job requirements

  • Proficiency in analytical tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Power BI, BigQuery)

  • Ability to create dashboards and data visualizations that support business decision-making

  • Experience in CRM, with a focus on customer segmentation and data analysis

  • Knowledge of SQL and experience working with large datasets (e.g., GCP, DWH), including creating queries for analytical purposes

  • Strong data analysis skills and the ability to draw conclusions and make recommendations based on insights

  • Native or native-like command of Polish and good command of English

  • Readiness to work 3 days a week from our Warsaw office

It would be an additional plus if you have:

  • Knowledge of CRM tools (e.g. Braze) and experience using them for executing marketing campaigns
