Senior CRM & Marketing Automation Specialist

(CDP / website Focus)

We are looking for a creator of customer experiences, not just a newsletter sender. If Customer Data Platforms are your natural ecosystem and building customer journeys for products people live with for years sounds like your kind of challenge, read on.

You will take ownership of CRM and marketing automation activities, translating data and customer behavior into meaningful, personalized experiences that drive engagement, retention, and conversion.

About the Role

You will work closely with Marketing, Product, IT/Development, Analytics, and external technology partners.

This role sits at the intersection of data, technology, and customer experience. You won’t just execute tasks - you’ll take full responsibility for CRM and MA initiatives, from strategic thinking to delivery and optimization.

Once you join our team, you will:

• Lead CRM and marketing automation initiatives end-to-end—from identifying business needs, through planning and building scenarios, to analytics and insights

• Design and execute omnichannel customer journeys tailored to different products, lifecycle stages, and customer behaviors

• Go beyond the inbox, with a strong focus on on-site personalization, dynamic content, recommendations, and pop-ups that support rather than disrupt

• Manage and activate customer data within CDP (Synerise), including behavioral segmentation and intent-based scenarios

• Design communication that maintains customer engagement during long product lead times

• Analyse customer behaviour (e.g. interactions with the furniture configurator) and translate insights into concrete use cases such as cart recovery

• Collaborate closely with IT/Development teams, with a working understanding of tracking scripts and APIs to ensure smooth implementation

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with advanced Marketing Automation / CDP tools (Synerise preferred, but may be any other)

• 5+ years of general experience in CRM and customer lifecycle marketing within e-commerce

• Ability to independently own CRM initiatives from concept to execution and optimization

• A 360° mindset, with the ability to connect data, technology, and purchase psychology

• Experience running campaigns and personalization directly on websites (web personalization)

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn behavioural data into actionable scenarios

• Passion for Home & Living - an understanding of interior styles and sensitivity to design is a strong asset

• Fluency in Polish and English

• Working from our Warsaw office 3 days a week

• Professional experience using AI tools to improve your efficiency at work
