Job description
We’re looking for a sharp and business-savvy Commercial Controlling Manager to join our Team and help us drive smarter decisions across all commercial functions.
At its core, this is a true Business Partner role, working closely with commercial teams and leading a team of three Analysts.
About the Team
The Commercial Controlling function is part of the Finance Department, but involves close daily collaboration with the Marketing and E-commerce teams. The team provides financial insights, monitors key performance indicators and ensures alignment with business goals to drive profitability and efficiency.
Once you join the Team, you will be responsible for:
Optimizing the financial performance of the commercial side of the business
Partnering with Marketing and E-commerce teams to align plans, budgets, and strategy
Leading and developing a team of Analysts to support business and financial goals
Driving forecasting and budgeting across revenue and marketing spend, including ownership of S&OP
Building models to track ROI, margins, acquisition costs, and campaign performance
Creating business cases for new initiatives and challenging assumptions behind existing ones
Delivering clear, data-driven insights to stakeholders and management through reporting and presentations
Improving financial processes and reporting through automation, tools, and efficiency initiatives

Job requirements
7+ years of experience in commercial controlling, preferably in an e-commerce environment
Solid experience in day-to-day collaboration with business stakeholders (acting as a true Business Partner)
Experience in providing analyses and recommendations that support key business decisions for management
Result-driven approach with a focus on achieving departmental targets, KPIs and strategic objectives
2+ years of experience in leading teams - ability to build a culture of teamwork, growth and high performance
Ability to prioritise tasks and make informed decisions
Strong problem-solving abilities to identify challenges and implement improvements
Excellent communication skills
Fluent Polish and good command of English
Working from our Warsaw office 3 days a week
