About the Role

We're hiring a CSCO to own Tylko's end-to-end operating system: planning, multi-partner production, Pan-European logistics, and customer operations.

In this role you will own the operational P&L, drive EBITDA improvements, and build a supply chain that is resilient, scalable, and ready for geographical expansion and geopolitical uncertainty. You will be the guardian of our customer promise — every operational decision must ultimately serve the experience we deliver to people's homes.

Sustainability is a core pillar, not an add-on. We expect our CSCO to embed ESG principles across the entire chain — from material sourcing through manufacturing, logistics, and circularity. This shapes how we choose partners, design processes, and measure success.

You will join the executive team and partner with the CEO, product, engineering, and design leadership to shape Tylko's growth strategy.

What You'll Do

• Operational Excellence & P&L: Build a transparent COGS/CoS system, execute EBITDA levers, implement real-time KPI dashboards and S&OP rhythms. Replace firefighting with structured visibility

• Multi-Partner Production: Scale a made-to-order production network across multiple factories. Drive strategic sourcing: renegotiate, consolidate, or diversify to improve economics and reduce risk

• Customer Experience Ownership: Own the customer promise end-to-end: lead time, quality, packaging, last-mile, assembly. Partner with Customer Operations on NPS/CSAT. Embed customer empathy into the operations culture — teams must understand how their work impacts what customers experience

• Sustainability & ESG: Co-create and execute ESG roadmap across supply chain operations. Ensure ESG criteria are embedded in partner selection, sourcing decisions, and manufacturing processes

• Supply Chain Resilience & Cost Efficiency: Design a strategy resilient to geopolitical disruption, tariff changes, and macroeconomic volatility while continuously improving cost efficiency. Build contingency plans, dual-sourcing, and scenario planning. Evaluate and develop sourcing beyond Europe, including Asia and India, to diversify risk, access new materials, and optimise cost structures

• Production Innovation: Scout next-generation manufacturing partners, technologies, and processes. Work with engineering and product to bridge digital design with physical production. Bring in new materials, automation, and sustainability-driven improvements

• New Product Introduction: Support and drive operational readiness for new product launches. Build processes that enable fast, flexible introduction of new products - including in unfamiliar production categories and with new partners - without compromising quality or delivery timelines

• Pan-European Logistics — Optimise fulfilment across 28 countries: last-mile efficiency, lead time reduction, damage minimisation. Build infrastructure that scales without proportional cost increases

• Team & Leadership — Lead and develop a team of department heads (Quality, Planning, Logistics, Customer Care) and their teams. Recruit top talent, build leadership bench strength, and drive a culture of autonomy and continuous improvement

• Transparent COGS/CoS system with EBITDA levers delivering benefits in 2026/2027

• Stable S&OP and capacity planning, ready for peak season and sales ambition

• Measurable improvements in OTIF, lead time, defects/damages, and customer service metrics

• Supply chain ESG assessment completed, roadmap defined, first initiative in execution

• Risk assessment done, first steps on diversified sourcing and geopolitical contingency

• At least one next-gen manufacturing partnership or technology initiative scoped

• Operations team strengthened, department heads operating with autonomy

What We’re Looking For

• Proven track record in scaling complex operations within the furniture or home & living sectors 

• Deep expertise in the European manufacturing & sourcing landscape and the ability to build diverse supplier networks, also broader in the world

• Strategic mindset with hands-on experience in operations, negotiations, and multiple partners management

• Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making, KPIs, structured visibility to prevent firefighting, working with ERP’s systems

• Demonstrated ability to deliver tangible EBITDA growth through negotiation, waste reduction, and efficiency improvements

• Strong leadership skills in building strong teams by developing department heads, recruiting top talent, and fostering cross-functional partnerships

• Fluency in both Polish and English (C1 level)

• Working from our Warsaw office min. 4 days per week with availability for regular travel to partner factories
