Job description

We are looking for an experienced Category Manager to join our team at Tylko!

In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing sales, margin, and profit within your designated product category, such as shelves and wardrobes. By understanding Tylko's business priorities, competitors, and consumer needs and behaviors, you will drive the creation and execution of a growth and profitability plan for your category through cross-functional leadership and collaboration. Your daily tasks will include ensuring product pricing aligns with Tylko's strategy, achieving sales and profit goals, and working closely with different departments such as Operations and Finance, E-commerce, Performance Marketing, and Brand to deliver results.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Achieving Sales, Gross Margin, and Profit goals

  • Set and follow up pricing strategy for your category.

  • Leading the creation of strategic and operational plans for your category and securing are executed with quality

  • Contribute to the planning, execution, and follow-up of the company commercial and marketing calendar, always securing a great customer experience while delivering agreed goals

  • Working closely with Operations and Finance departments to secure proper forecasting of business, production, logistics, and key customer KPIs.

  • Working closely with E-commerce, Performance Marketing, and Brand teams to secure the optimal range of presentation and communication


  • 5+ years of experience in Category management, Sales & e-commerce on a managerial level within the retail industry
  • Experience in setting and implementing strategic and operational action plans, setting budgets, and following up on goals
  • Proven track record of delivering results
  • Ability to communicate confidently and clearly in English.
  • High communication and leadership skills.
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills
  • Previous furniture category experience is a plus
